All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details

Currently, Elanàm ships across India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on location:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro / remote areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders.
Elanàm is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.
Elanàm will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

In case of a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or notice missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@elanam.in with relevant details and images.
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
