Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact
• A clear unboxing video is provided as proof (mandatory)

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or styling choices.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:

• The sealed outer packaging
• The inner packaging
• The product being removed
• The visible damage or issue with the product

The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without cuts or pauses.

❗ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at contact@elanam.in within 48 hours of delivery
2. Mention your order number
3. Attach the unboxing video along with clear images (if applicable)
4. Briefly describe the issue

Our team will review the request and respond with further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is on our end

Exchanges

In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Products without a valid unboxing video
• Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging or tags
• Requests raised after the 48-hour window

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
